Office Refurbishment 2025.
Electrical & Lighting Upgrades.
We completed a range of electrical upgrade works within a commercial office environment, focused on improving lighting, power distribution, and overall compliance.
The project included lighting upgrades throughout the office, along with the installation of a new emergency lighting system. As part of this work, we produced a full emergency lighting layout and identification map to support ongoing maintenance and compliance requirements.
Additional works included the installation of dado trunking within a communications room to provide a tidy, accessible solution for power and data services. We also installed new power poles within the office areas, as well as floor socket outlets to improve flexibility for workstation layouts and future reconfiguration.
The completed works have improved lighting quality, safety, and functionality throughout the workspace, while providing a more adaptable power and data setup to support ongoing operations.
Poultry Farm Upgrades & Automation 2025-Present.
Lighting Upgrades & Automation.
Ongoing electrical and automation works at a large agricultural site, including conveyor and stacking machine installations, upgraded container and external lighting, design and build of control panels with PLC integration, delivered in staged phases since 2025 to improve infrastructure, reliability and production efficiency.
Lighting Panel Upgrades
First of all we was initially approached to improve the current lighting panels provided for the poultry sheds. The old panels were dated, unreliable and in much need of modernisation.
We used our PLC programming knowledge to design and construct four new panels in replacement of the old ones. The new panels have vast amounts of customisable parameters, but in short it functions as an artificial sunrise-sunset, dimming up from one side to the other, and the dimming down in the opposite direction.
Egg Transfer Conveyor Additions & Upgrades
Due to the previous conveyors still being original, the client we was working with asked if we can retrofit in some more modern components with some of the existing system.
Within this install we added in the following in one of the sheds:
Transfer table
Roller table for inspecting the eggs
Vacuum egg transfer arm
Packer increasing processing time
Tray stacker which stacks up to 6 trays ready for transfer to the pallets
Within the second shed we added in in the following:
New fast-pack packer
Vacuum egg transfer arm
Another tray stacker
Palletiser for stacking full pallets reducing manual work load
Lighting Upgrades Across The Site
Across the site we improved overall lighting and security. The lighting varied from poultry shed lights, temporary workshop lighting, street-lights and CCTV.
