230V variable speed control panel for motors up to 1.5kW
Typical applications include small pumps, light-duty conveyors, ventilation fans and similar machinery where speed control is required.
Built and supplied fully assembled, wired and tested. The only connection required is mains supply into the labelled isolator and the motor connected into the labelled din rail terminals.
Panel includes:
Housed in an IP65-rated enclosure (400mm x 300mm x 200mm)
RS 1.5kW inverter drive
Front-mounted running lamp
Front-mounted emergency stop button (hardwired stop circuit)
Front-mounted dial for speed control (external potentiometer)
Front-mounted lockable isolator (20A)
MCB protection for inverter supply (C16)
Internal panel trunking and labelled wiring
230V single-phase mains input
230V three-phase inverter output
Terminal Arrangement
The panel is supplied with 5 outgoing DIN rail terminals. Three are provided for the motor connection (U, V, W).
Two additional terminals are pre-installed and factory-linked using a jumper, allowing a normally closed stop circuit (such as emergency stop or interlock) to be added on site if required.
Motor Compatibility & Installation
The panel is configured for use with 230V three-phase motors wired in delta rated between the kW listed in the title. Not suitable for 400V-only (star wired) motors.
